| | - Orders to continental U.S. please choose Ground, Priority, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. No PO Box, APO/FPO addresses, please.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii please choose 2nd Day Air or Priority.
- Orders to other destination please choose UPS Worldwide Expedited or UPS Worldwide Express. Worldwide Expedited takes 2-5 days in transit to major cities around the world. Worldwide Express takes one or two days in transit to major cities around the world. Import duties may be applied to your order at the time of delivery. The amount varies from country to country and from item to item. Import duties are not covered by shipping and handling fee.
- To calculate when your order will arrive, simply add the processing time for the order and the time in transit. For example, if your order normally leaves our facility in 3-5 business days, and you choose 2nd Day Air shipping, then your order will arrive in 5-7 days from the date the order is placed. If your order has multiple items, the item with the longest processing time will determine when your order ships. Processing time is listed below each item description.
- In many cases, orders may be rushed. Contact us . Unless you have received a confirmation from one of our representatives, we cannot guarantee delivery date that is sooner than the normal processing time plus shipping time.
- Favors, except chocolates, will be shipped by Ground shipping only.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as shipping destination will be receive by the customer. If package is left at the door, it will be the customers sole responsibility to ensure receipt.
- Have your order delivered to your workplace - so someone will be available to receive the delivery and you won't have to worry about your order being left on your doorstep in the rain! Check with your employer about this.
